nope never submit...it's PIGMAN against the Jihad.

The graphics artist was interviewed on Shire Network News podcast last week. he is an ex muslim that chose against Jihad after 911.

Comic books are very important for propaganda since in the third world, often people can read or write their dialect but have trouble with the "official" languages and English, but understand some words.

That's where the Anti US films fall: the European elites know the propaganda, but to the rest of the world they will only watch if it's a shootem up with heroes...

Hollywood

Hollywood's latest Body of evidence is about of course an anti war vet paralyzed who loves Cindy Sheehan...of course.

Cliche remake of "born on the 4th of july".

Then we have Depalma's rape film, funded by a dot com guy who got out before the dot com crash and who made money doing exposes on companies, making money by betting their stock would go down.

Remake of De palma's earlier film about a rape in viet nam.

The CSMonitor reports American's support of the war is no better, because of all the negative news...especially bombing. Except the negative news is due to the decision of news rooms to publicize only the negative news.

IN the meanwhile, the case of Haditha is collapsing. It took over a year before the stink of the Lacrosse rape case at Duke to deflate and now get in the news as a form of prosecutorial misconduct.

wonder how long until the press notices Haditha and smears Murtha...

I'm not holding my breath.

Who's losing

A lot of the debate on Iraq is the left repeating the same old things over and over again and the right trying to simplify things.

But once in awhile, someone who can tell a Sunni from a Shiite can analyze what's going on and make it easy for us infidels to understand.

Taheri is Iranian, but knows a lot about local politics in Iraq. He essentially wrote an editorial in the NYPOST saying: Wait a second, look at how the enemy is doing...

And he goes down the list of the various areas and groups and explains how they are losing.

Strategy page says the same thing...and if the US "loses" the war, it will be in Congress, not on the ground.

Ignoring 9-11

From a lot of the headlines, I read that congress is telling Petreus he doesn't know anything and the war is lost.
What the heck is in the water over there?
Here the problem is the leering idiots at CNN International, mostly Brits, who openly hate Bush and go out of their way to sneer when talking about him.
Oh well.

Psst: Philippines having success in wars on terror

Yes, I said wars...because here, like in India, there are two wars: One against a group that wants a strict utopian paradise under the laws of Islam and the other one a strict utopian paradise under the communist party.

In the first, the good news is that an Abusayyaf Group (ASG) member who took bomb making material onto a superferry is being indicted.

Basilan is now cleared, with only a few marines staying behind to watch the roads.

And reconstruction aid is pouring in.

But on the other front, the Dutch arrested long time Communist party leader Sison for murder.

The left is crying "Torture", the reason? He is being held in a prison where the Nazis tortured people...no  evidence of course  but that's par for the course.

In the meanwhile, two NPA (communist insurgents) camps have been deserted and the Philippine Military have destoyed a third.

Oh, Gloria is still in trouble (i.e. president Arroyo) for corruption. But even Rosales, the bishop of Manila is saying let it pass to a new "hello Garci" probe, in which a voice sounding like Gloria discusses stuffing the ballot box during an election.

The next hurtle for the Philippines is the verdict on ex president Estrada AKA Erap.

The joke in the Philippines is that he is probably the only president that was truly elected by the majority, but he was removed by the Manila elite for corruption.

If he is convicted, expect riots. If he is not convicted, expect outcry about being removed from office.

The consensus is that ERAP will be convicted and then pardoned quickly. Must move on.
